Noon Atoll Landhoo island’s power outage issues will soon be permanently resolved, said Managing Director of the state-utilities company Fenaka Corporation, Ahmed Shareef.

While the corporation had previously said that this solution would be implemented by Friday afternoon with no avail, Shareef said that Fenaka’s employees have been at work on the island.

Shareef said that all the equipment they require have already been supplied.

Abdulla Arif, a council member at the island said that the island has been struggling with sporadic power outages.
