The little girl who was reported missing in Fiyoaree island of Gaaf Dhaal atoll has been found.

The Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that reported missing was an eight-year-old girl.

The child was reported missing at around 07:09pm on Saturday.

An official at the police institution revealed that the little girl was found some time after sundown on Saturday.

However, no further details regarding her disappearance were disclosed.
