BML recognizes outstanding staff at 'Star Awards'

Bank of Maldives recognized their outstanding employees at their Star Awards event on Sunday
Bank of Maldives (BML) has recognized some of their employees who showed exemplary performance, at their ‘Employee Star Awards’ function.
The country’s national bank held its Employee Star Awards on Sunday.
CEO and Managing Director Karl Stumke handed awards to 20 employees at the function.
The bank carefully nominates and selects staff members for the monthly award, based on their excellent contribution to BML as well as the entire community, mirroring extraordinary performance and behavior and outstanding achievement in academic, sports or extracurricular activities.
CEO and MD Stumke revealed that the Star Awards paves the opportunity for the bank to recognize and appreciate their dynamic employees that touch the lives of customers and community through their commitment, excellence and diligence.
He added that the regular award is a driving force to motivate their employees to excel in their day-to-day work.
Introduced in 2017, the Employee Star Awards recognizes top performing staff.
BML also hosts ‘Staff Awards’ annually to honor its top performing staff and the Long Service Awards to recognize the loyal service of their employees.
