The Vice President of the Republic of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, has paid a courtesy call on President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.

The meeting took place at the President’s Office, on Saturday.

During the call, President Dr. Muizzu thanked the Vice President of Seychelles for participating in the Presidential Inauguration.

Ahmed Afif congratulated President Dr. Muizzu on his assumption of office, extending greetings and best wishes. He characterized President Dr. Muizzu's Inaugural Address as strong and motivating, adding that he believed this government has a prosperous future.

During the meeting, they highlighted similarities between the two nations and discussed ways to collaborate and address the mutual challenges both countries confront. President Dr. Muizzu and the Vice President of Seychelles concluded the call with good wishes and committed to strengthen the bilateral ties between the nations.
