Three men arrested for alcohol possession in Addu City
The case is under further investigation

Three Maldivian men have been arrested in connection with a case of alcohol possession.
The arrests were made during an operation conducted by the Gan Police Station in southernmost Addu City, in Feydhoo district on August 30.
The operation stemmed from an intel report that a group of individuals were brewing alcohol inside a house in Feydhoo district.
Officers who raided the house confiscated three five-liter bottles and seven containers filled with suspected alcoholic substances, alongside equipment and materials used to brew alcohol.
Arrested in connection with the case were a 20-year-old, a 25-year-old and a 33-year-old.
The case is under further investigation at the Gan Police Station.
