The First Couple of Maldives has hosted an Iftar reception for the children of the "Fiyavathi" state care facility and their caregivers.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed hosted the Iftar reception, on Thursday, in Mulee'aage.
At the reception held , they shared some joyous time with the children.
They were joined at the reception by Minister of Gender, Family and Social Services Aishath Mohamed Didi, the Minister of State for Gender, Family and Social Services Mohamed Shihab as well as officials of the Child and Family Protection Services.
The management and staff of the Fiyavathi state care facility also joined the reception.
