Discussions have been held on further collaborations to improve the digital landscape of Maldives.
This was done during a courtesy call paid on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Beyond), Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
The meeting was held at the President’s Office on Sunday.
Areas of collaboration for further improving the digital landscape of the archipelago nation, were discussed at the meeting between the two leaders.
Further discussions revolved around the incumbent administration’s efforts towards implementing its telecommunications policies.
President Solih extended his appreciation to the management of Bahrain Telecommunications Company for their contributions towards achievement made by the island nation so far.
During the meeting, Shaikh Abdulla and President Solih reaffirmed their mutual commitment to work closely together in the future as well.
