MTCC revealed that they completed the project on January 15

The shore protection project in Dharavandhoo island of Baa atoll, has been wrapped up.

The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) revealed that they completed the project on January 15.

MTCC was contracted the Dharavandhoo shore protection project by the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.

Under the scope of the project, MTCC conducted beach filling works in an area measuring 10,800 cubic meters.

Further, the construction of a breakwater measuring 470 meters and a revetment measuring 96 meters, was also included under the scope of the project.

The project is valued at MVR 22.1 million.
