The missing person's name is MD Omar Mia
A Bangladeshi man has gone missing in Hulhumalé.
Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that the missing man has been identified as a 27-year-old Bangladeshi national named MD Omar Mia.
The police institution revealed that the company the missing Bangladeshi works for, filed a missing-persons report at the police on October 8.
Police efforts to locate the missing individual have been to no avail so far.
MPS has sought public assistance in seeking the man since.
As such, the public has been urged to reach out to the police institution if they have any information on the missing person.
