The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has expressed keen interest to continue working closely to enhance the cooperation between Maldives and the Republic of Madagascar.
He said this in his message of felicitations sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Madagascar, Richard Randriamandrato, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Madagascar.
In his message, FM Shahid extended warmest felicitations and well wishes to his Madagascar counterpart as well as the government and people.
He went on to express keen interest to work closely with the government of Madagascar to further enhance cooperation between the two countries.
The Maldivian minister also expressed his best wishes for the well-being of the Madagascar foreign minister, as well as the continued progress and prosperity of the country’s people.
In conclusion, FM Shahid offered the assurances of his highest consideration.
The Republic of Madagascar celebrates its Independence Day on June 26, annually.
