FM Shahid confident that Maldives-Luxembourg ties will continue to thrive in the future

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has expressed confidence that the friendly ties between Maldives and Luxembourg will continue to thrive in the years to come.
He said this in a message of felicitations conferred to the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Jean Asselborn to commemorate the occasion of the National Day of Luxembourg.
In his message, the foreign minister extended warm felicitations and good wishes to his Luxembourg counterpart as well as the government and people, on behalf of the government and people of Maldives, on the occasion of the country’s National Day, marking the Grand Duke’s Official Birthday.
The Maldivian minister went on to express confidence that the “friendly” relations between Maldives and Luxembourg as well as cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral spheres will continue to “thrive” in the years to come.
He extended his best wishes for the continued wellbeing of the Luxembourg foreign minister and offered assurances of his highest consideration.
