The Ministry of Finance has re-invited bidders to develop a Polytechnic with Student Accommodation in Thulusdhoo island of Kaafu atoll.
In a public announcement made on Wednesday, the finance ministry annulled the bidding process on invitation for bids issued on 2 September 2021 on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education.
As such, the ministry has since re-opened bids for eligible and qualified parties for the Development of a Polytechnic with Student Accommodation in Thulusdhoo island under the Build, Finance and Operate Public Private Partnership Model.
The request for an Expression of Interest (EOI) reads that a more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the projects have since been made available through the ministry’s official website from Wednesday onwards.
The ministry has urged interested proponents to acquire further information throughemail.
Further, verification of the website for the latest information related to this Request for Expression of Interest is the proponent’s responsibility.
A detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released to the shortlisted parties after the employer shortlists the proponents based on their EOIs.
Interested proponents may deliver their EOIs to the ministry’s building located in Ameenee Magu of Malé City or via email and mail before 1pm on April 28.
