Raajjé Online, an internet service provider operated under Focus Infocom, has on Tuesday said that its internet disruption could last up to 72 hours.

After service was disrupted earlier on Tuesday, Manaal Latheef – the company’s Marketing and Public Relations Manager – told RaajjeMV that one of their submarine communication cables have been damaged.

Manaal said that while service has been restored via a temporary capable, it would take up to three days for connections to resume at full speed.

She said that Focus Infocom has been updating their customers on the progress of the issue and its repair through social networking platforms.
