Following the conclusion of his unofficial visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has returned to Maldives.
The President, accompanied by First Lady Fazna Ahmed, returned on Wednesday evening, after having flown to the middle-east to attend his sibling’s funeral, on Monday.
Ahmed Mohamed Solih, 57, passed away while being treated for cancer in Dubai. He is one of the 11 siblings of President Solih.
The first couple were accompanied by close family members, during the trip.
