STO's Chief Financial Officer appointed as Executive Board Director

State Trading Organization (STO) has appointed Chief Financial Officer Mohamed Nizam as the Director of the company's Executive Board.

Mohamed Nizam was appointed to STO's Executive Board as Director from the company's Privatization and Corporatization Board on 18 March 2021.

Mohamed Nizam was appointed to the role of State Trading Organization's Chief Financial Officer on 1 December 2020, following the resignation of Mohamed Mihad, the previous CFO.

Mohamed Nizam has acquired a Masters in Finance and Accounting, and has served at STO for over 10 years.

STO made an income of MVR 1.9 billion during the final quarter of 2020.
