Dhiraagu introduces combo plans to prepaid customers

Dhiraagu has introduced combo plans to prepaid customers.
The telecommunications provider held a virtual event on Tuesday to unveil the combo plans, specialized for prepaid packages.
With the recent upgrades to the prepaid packages, customers may now activate SMS, voice and data through special combo plans, with the additional of free perks.
Customers will not be required to purchase separate add-ons to use social media and streaming services with access to the free perks, as it paves efficiency and more benefits to customers who frequently use these services.
Dhiraagu further revealed that work is underway to introduce perks to other services acquired by other segments.
The telecom provider’s prepaid and prepaid red customers have access to the packages which can be active with MVR 250. Customers may activate the combo plans by sending an SMS to 343 with the keyword.
Dhiraagu remains committed to pave way for benefits and efficiency at a decent price for customers and enhance their digital experience, said the company’s Marketing Manager, Aishath Ishana.
The upgrades to prepaid packages come at a time the company has upgraded the Home Fiber and Fixed Fiber Broadband services under the Dhiraagu ‘Maa Rangalhu’ campaign launched on August 1.
