80-yo Covid-19 patient being transferred to DH11

An 80-year-old patient who tested positive to the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) is being transferred to Dharumavantha Hospital.

This was revealed by the Health Protection Agency (HPA) via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

As such, the authority revealed that the 80-year-old patient, Patient 81 is being transferred to the hospital and will be admitted at the 11th floor unit for close monitoring and observation.

While HPA noted that this is case number 81, it did not reveal the nationality of the patient.

This individual is among the 13 new cases announced from capital Malé City on Tuesday afternoon; eight Maldivians and five Bangladeshi nationals.
