Telecommunications company Ooredoo Maldives has invited shareholders to their general assembly.
The general assembly is scheduled to be held during March this year.
According to a statement released by Ooredoo, only shareholders registered with the company before 8:00 pm of February 11th can participate in the assembly and be eligible to receive dividends.
Ooredoo also announced that the venue, time, agenda and other relevant information of the general assembly will be publicised by the end of Sunday, 16th February 2020 on the company's website.
Ooredoo announced its decision to become a public trading company in 2016 and commenced secondary market trading the following year.
The company raised over MVR 421 million – having sold over 14 million shares to a total of 8,257 investors – during its initial public offering.
