Manta Air begins operating flights to Dharavandhoo
Manta Air has designated a promotional fare of MVR 499 for adults and MVR 249 for children

Manta Air has expanded its domestic flight operations by beginning flights to Dharavandhoo island in Baa atoll.

Following the first ever flight to Dharavandhoo, a ceremony was held at the Dharavandhoo Airport, in which the cabin crew, pilots and Manta Air’s seniors participated.

In order to celebrate its new domestic route, Manta Air has designated a promotional fare of MVR 499 for adults and MVR 249 for children until 18 April.

The lowest fares for advanced bookings to Dharavandhoo starts at MVR 549 for one way, the airline revealed.

Manta will be operating two direct flights daily from Velana International Airport to Dharavandhoo Airport. This will be increased to three daily flights later.

Tickets to Dharavandhoo will be available for online purchase from Manta Air’s official website as well as through authorized passenger sales agents. The airline revealed that reservations may also be made through +960 3314477 or +960 7994405.

Ahmed Maumoon, Chief Marketing Officer of Manta Air stated that the commencement of flights to Dharavandhoo will prove to be convenient for those travelling from the region.

So far, Manta has been operating three domestic flights in the Maldives with the airline’s main hub located on the island of Kudahuvadhoo in Dhaalu atoll. The airline will soon begin flights to Thimarafushi island in Thaa atoll as well as its own seaplane travels.
