VP Naseem launches 'War on Waste', an initiative of Ooredoo

The “War on Waste”, an environmental campaign initiated by telecommunications giant Ooredoo Maldives, has been launched by Vice President Faisal Naseem.
The launching event was held at Ooredoo Head Office on Wednesday.
After launching the campaign, VP Naseem highlighted the company’s contribution to the development of Maldives social sector, going on to note that the sporting activities organized by the telecom giant are very popular among Maldives.
VP Naseem further expressed his appreciation for the contributions made to the nation by Ooredoo Maldives.
“War on Waste” is an international project that is held among Ooredoo staff and focuses on seeking inexpensive solutions for electricity, water supply and other such services.
During his visit, VP Naseem met employees of Ooredoo and inquired on the progress of their work.
