Fathimath Shriya, the owner of Stylo Hair and Beauty Salon does not believe that pampering is just for women, but that it is something for both genders.

According to Shriya, who has had various trainings in the field, her aim is to bring in more beauty trends to the country.

At her salon, Shriya strives to give the best service to all the customers, no exclusions. Her motto is to provide the opportunity to all those interested.

While the salon is mostly known for its make-up work, it also provides various other beauty-related services; including waxing, manicure, pedicure, etc.

According to Shriya, the biggest challenge in the industry is the lack of cooperation and support amongst the peers.

"It is important to work with each other, in order to bring the best services to the public," she said.

Shriya’s dream is to open up a salon where she can provide services to both men and women.
