Local technical services company Link Serve has introduced a ‘smart gadget’ corner at their retail outlet in Maafannu ward of capital city Malé.
Some of the gadgets made available at the outlet include devices that can be used with a mobile phone. The company said several of the devices at the ‘smart gadget’ corner are of Amazon’s echo line, including sonar sensors used as fish finders.
The ‘smart gadget’ corner was introduced during an event held at the outlet and was officially launched by chief guest Mohamed Mirushan Hassan, currently manager of brands and marketing at telecommunications company Dhiraagu.
At Sunday night’s event, the company had signed a ‘software solutions’ agreement with local company Javaab Private Limited. Javaab’s Managing Director Mohamed Jailam and Link Serve’s Director of Business Development and Projects Hussein Shahid signed the agreement.
