Supreme Court Justice Ali Hameed’s wife is being kept in incarceration.
RaajjeMV understands that she is being kept at Dhoonidhoo island and lawyers are to visit her.
Officers had apprehended two of Justice Ali Hameed’s brothers along with one of their wives as well.
The police had also searched their home, Mibinaa in Maafannu ward of capital city Malé, from where they confiscated a number of items.
Justice Ali Hameed was arrested along with Chief Justice Abdulla Saeed were arrested this week following the President’s Office’s declaration of a state of emergency in the Maldives.
