While daytime events are open to the public free of charge, the evening segments—which include music shows and film screenings—require a paid ticket for entry. This year marks the fifth edition of "Taslaafa Addu Ga." The event's founder, Ahmed Faseeh, stated that Taslaafa was established after three bands collaborated to address the lack of dedicated music shows. The initiative was formalized following the overwhelming public support received during their initial performance.
Faseeh stated that the festival, held in Addu, will feature a wide range of activities. Scheduled for October 1–2, admission to the daytime events will be free of charge. The lineup includes celebrations for International Coffee Day, foam parties, traditional dance performances, games, and various challenges. Additionally, the festival will feature skating activities and a diverse array of stalls.

Furthermore, the nighttime festivities will feature an open-air cinema experience alongside performances by popular local bands and traditional Boduberu groups. Admission to these events will require a ticket.
The festival, which offers attendees the chance to win valuable prizes with the purchase of a ticket, will be held in Maradhoo-Feydhoo, Addu City.
