Smart Quest, a prominent Sri Lankan leadership development and coaching firm, has expanded its operations to the Maldives. This marks the company’s first international venture, coinciding with its 20th anniversary. Through the newly established "Smart Quest Coaching and Consulting (Pvt) Ltd Maldives," the firm will offer a range of services to local institutions and professionals. These include leadership training, professional coaching certifications, executive and team coaching, as well as human resources consultancy.
Smart Quest has announced that it will introduce its popular leadership and coaching programs as part of its new operations in the Maldives. These offerings include the "Leading with Impact" program, which holds Level 1 accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Designed to equip managers with practical coaching skills for the workplace, the program provides participants with 16 hours of professional coach training required to earn the "Certified Trained Coaching Leader" credential. The initiative targets business owners and managers seeking to enhance communication skills, boost employee engagement, and improve overall team performance.
Furthermore, Smart Quest Maldives will facilitate opportunities to participate in professional coaching certification programs conducted through the "Coach Masters Academy." These online programs provide a pathway to achieve credentials ranging from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level to Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC) levels. This includes opportunities to earn Certified Coach credentials as well as a Graduate Diploma in Professional Coaching and Leadership Development.

To date, the firm has collaborated with over 600 local and international organizations, facilitating the professional growth of more than 10,000 individuals. The expansion of these services into the Maldives is described as a significant milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance the professional competencies of the Maldivian workforce and support various institutions in strengthening their organizational management.
