Riyadh-Malé Connection Rejuvenated: Flynas Back in the Maldivian Skies
Saudi budget airline Flynas has restarted nonstop flights between Riyadh and Malé, operating three times a week between King Khalid International Airport and Velana International Airport.

Flynas, the budget airline headquartered in Saudi Arabia, has formally restarted its scheduled nonstop flight services linking King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh with Velana International Airport (VIA).
Through this revived connection, the carrier is set to manage three flights every week between the two capital destinations.
The initial flight of the revived route, designated as XY245, touched down at Velana International Airport from Riyadh on June 20.
Upon arrival, the plane received a customary water cannon salute and the incoming travelers were treated to a traditional Boduberu cultural display highlighting Maldivian hospitality.
To celebrate the event, unique commemorative presents were given out to the travelers landing on this debut flight to the Maldives, alongside the individuals boarding the airline's initial departing flight of the season from Velana International Airport.
