The Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest (DMGC), the nation’s largest gaming event, has officially kicked off.
DMGC 2025 kicked off at Ghiyasuddin International School on Thursday, bringing together over 1,500 gamers from across the Maldives.

DMGC 2025 will run over three consecutive days, showcasing a four-title tournament designed to highlight the diverse skills and competitive spirit of Maldivian gamers. Participants will compete for a total prize pool of MVR 170,000.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Director of Brand & Marketing Communications at Dhiraagu, Mirshan Hassan highlighted that this is a key milestone in the history of gaming in the Maldives.
