Employees of the Fenaka Corporation branch in Thulhaadhoo island of Baa atoll have submitted a petition requesting the removal of Ali Nimal, who is temporarily in charge of managing the branch.

The petition states that since Ali Nimal's arrival at the branch, the general welfare of the place has deteriorated, and he has been threatening employees with job loss.

Further, it highlighted that employees are forced to work in an environment of unease and fear, and that Ali Nimal has failed to maintain equality among employees.

The petition goes on to read that if Nimal continues to abuse his power in this position, the branch’s interests will further deteriorate, and the quality of work and productivity of employees will decline.

The petition, addressed to the senior management of Fenaka Corporation, has been signed by 43 employees working at the Thulhaadhoo Fenaka branch.
