MIFCO's CFO steps down from his position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO), Ilyas Haneef, has stepped down from his position.
His resignation has been confirmed to RaajjeMV.
The reason for his resignation has not been officially disclosed by MIFCO or any other authority. RaajjeMV’s attempts to obtain a statement from MIFCO regarding his resignation have been unsuccessful.
However, according to some media outlets, Haneef is to have stated that he resigned to take up another job.
He resigned from his position at a time the company has undergone significant changes in its management and a new CEO has been appointed to the company.
