Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef has attended the anniversary celebrations of Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Limited.
The company held its fifth anniversary celebration at Crossroads Maldives on Friday evening.
The ceremony saw VP Latheef unveiling the company’s new logo.
Further, a presentation was observed regarding the ongoing work and an overview of the company’s projects.
The efforts expedited by the company to complete the construction of the housing units, were also shown at the event.
VP Latheef presented the Quality Assurance Award, the Outstanding Contribution Award and the Employee of the Year Award at the ceremony.
Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation was established to provide affordable housing for the community under Section 95 of the Maldives Constitution, Act No. 10/96 "The Companies Act of the Republic of Maldives".
The 100-percent state-owned company is mandated to consolidate housing projects under a single roof to ensure affordable housing nationwide.
