Presidential candidate of the People's National Congress (PNC) Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and his running mate Hussain Mohamed Latheef (Sembe) have cast their ballots.
Voting for the second round of the presidential election commenced at 08:00 am on Saturday.
PNC's candidate Dr. Muizzi cast his ballot at around 08:43 in the morning to a polling station in Thajuddin School. His running mate Sembe also cast his ballot to a box stationed in Thajuddin School. Sembe cast his vote at around 08:30.
The second round of voting in this year’s presidential election will take place from 8am to 5pm.
