President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the newly developed harbor and volleyball court of Kihaadhoo Island in Baa Atoll.
The President marked the completion of these projects during his tour of the Baa Atoll, on Tuesday.
MT Højgaard Pvt. Ltd. completed the harbor development project of the island.
The harbor development project included dredging, the installation of a 231-metre gravel bed, a 209-metre revetment, and a 326-metre quay wall, as well as additional works related to the development.

President Solih on Monday and Tuesday, inaugurated the completion of several infrastructure development projects in the islands of Baa Atoll.
The administration has made significant progress towards achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. This includes improving the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives.
