The shore protection project site in Kudafari island of Noonu atoll, has been mobilized.
This was revealed by the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) on Sunday.
As such, providing the latest updates of the Kudafari shore protection project to the public via Twitter, MTCC revealed that they mobilized the project site on August 18.
Under the scope of the project, MTCC is required to construct groynes measuring 220 meters.
Further, the construction of a geobag revetment measuring 610 meters, also comes under the project.
The Kudafari shore protection project is valued at MVR 17.8 million.
