Ever since the country was hit by the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, water demand in the country has seen a steep rise. The government has been making arrangements to deliver essentials to the public and frontline workers have been working tirelessly to deliver essential supplies including water, food, groceries and other items to the people in Maldives capital, Malé City as well as outlying atolls.
