Captain Azim was appointed as MNDF's information officer on Thursday
Captain Ibrahim Azim has been appointed as the new information officer at the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).
His appointment was revealed at a special ceremony held at Kalhuthuhkalaa Koshi (KK) on Thursday.
Chief of Defence Force, Major General Ahmed Shiyam handed over the letter of appointment to Captain Azim.
Prior to Azim’s appointment to the post, Major Adnan Mohamed had served as the information officer at MNDF. It is unclear on why the change was brought to the post
