Bank of Maldives (BML) is conducting a banking upgrade project, from Friday till October 30.
BML said that this is part of its commitment to provide customers “a better banking experience”.
While planned maintenance work is part of the upgrade project, this will be carried out “on a scheduled basis” and customers are to be informed if the work will cause any service interruptions, beorehand.
BML said that timings for this work will be selected carefully, adding that it will mostly be during the early hours “to minimize disruptions”.
Shortly after, the bank informed customers of possible interruptions to some services from 1am to 4am on Friday, as assured in the previous statement.
