Chief of Defense Force Major General Abdulla Shamaal has observed the “Rannamaari Hunt 2019” organized by the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) in Meedhoo, Raa atoll.

While the annual training programme began on Sunday and is to proceed till Thursday, in capital city Malé, Villimalé, Hulhumalé, Hulhulé, Thilafushi, as well as Lhaviyani and Raa atolls.

The last programme is being held in Meedhoo, which was joined by the Chief of Defense Force on Wednesday afternoon.

MNDF stated that participants of the training programme are using weapons and explosives on land and sea and armored vehicles in Malé and Hulhumalé.

MNDF’s Malé Area Commander Colonel Abdul Rauf had accompanied Major General Shamaal during the trip.
