ACC’s Privatization board was ordered to do so at a time a private party had appealed at the commission to halt the hasty decision made by state utilities company FENAKA Corporation to increase the salaries of their employees.
The commission’s President Hassan Luthufee had confirmed to RaajjeMV that the ACC’s Privatization board has been ordered to do so.
“We have informed Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) to halt hiring employees for the time being as well. We received complaints from Kooddoo as well, regarding hasty promotions being given to employees” said Luthufee.
