A 36-year-old has been apprehended in a drug operation in Kulhudhuffushi island of Haa Dhaal atoll.
Officers had discovered over 563 grams of what they believed to be a narcotic substance inside a package sent to him.

The regional magistrate court in Kulhudhuffushi has remanded the suspect by 10 days. If found in possession of any narcotic substance in excess of 14 grams, then it is believed to be used for trafficking.
