Closed-door hearings, secret testimonies would be forbidden in an ideal administration: ex AG
Closed-door hearings and the use of secret testimonies will not be legal in his ideal administration
Just punishments will be given to top government and JSC officials that influence the courts

Former Attorney General Husnu Al Suood has said that an ideal government would not allow closed-door hearings and the use of secret testimonies.

In a tweet on Monday, Suood said that once the current administration is overthrown, just punishments will be given to top government and Judicial Service Commission officials that influence the courts.

While Suood has taken the matter to Twitter, many continue to chide the absurd ways under which the courts currently operate.

The former AG has also backed MP Ibrahim Mohamed Solih contesting in the upcoming Presidential Election, mere hours after opposition-aligned lawmaker Ahmed Mahloof declared his support for Solih.
