The Maumoon Foundation will be giving out 10 scholarships for youths seeking a higher education.

The Foundation said the part-funded scholarships are for studies at Bangalore’s Garden City University.

The scholarships are for studies in Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and Master of Tourism and Travel Management.

Applications will be accepted until June 21.

The Maumoon Foundation is an apolitical and not-for-profit charitable institution set up by former President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom in 2010.
