Police’s deputy head of Internal Security Command, Chief Superintendent Moosa Ali has departed to Germany, to take part in the Global Countering Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC) Alumni Community of Interest Workshop.

According to the Maldives Police Service, Chief Superintendent Ali departed to Germany on Sunday.

The workshop is to be held at Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a ski resort in Bavaria, from May 22 to 24.

The aim of the forum is ‘to discuss and examine in detail national, regional and global CTOC lessons learned, best practices, prevailing trends and current topics’, relying on the ‘unique experiences and insights of Marshall Center alumni practitioners’.
