Nasheed's campaign rally to be held in Dhidhdhoo on Saturday night
So far, only one individual from MDP -Nasheed- has declared his candidacy for the Presidential Primaries slated for the 30th of May
The gathering is to be held in MDP's national campaign site of Dhihdhoo island at 09pm
It will be joined by several MDP Parliamentary Group members as well as members of it's leadership

Following the launching of Former President and opposition Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) Leader Mohamed Nasheed's campaign "Jazeera Raees" or "Island President" for the upcoming Presidential election, a campaign rally is scheduled to be held in Haa Alif atoll Dhidhdhoo island on Saturday night.

The gathering is to be held in MDP's national campaign site of Dhidhdhoo island at 09pm and will be joined by several MDP Parliamentary Group members as well as members of it's leadership who are reportedly already in the island.

The launching ceremony of Nasheed's campaign was held in Addu City on Friday night.

So far, only Nasheed has declared his candidacy for the presidential election slated for the 30th of May.
