A docker at the Male' commercial harbor has been left with a crushed foot after a forklift ran over it on Wednesday afternoon.

The docker's foot had been crushed up to his ankle.

A witness told RaajjeMV that the docker's right foot had been crushed under the rear wheels of the forklift in MPL area while the forklift was carrying a container.

Speaking to some media outlets regarding the incident, the media official of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) said that the police currently investigating the case.
