Two individuals have been injured in a road collision that occurred on Addu city's infamous 'Link Road'.

According to sources, the accident occurred near Maldives National University (MNU) campus in Hithadhoo district when two motorcycles collided into each other.

Both riders had sustained various injuries and are being treated at Hithadhoo Regional Hospital. Neither of them had sustained major injuries.

Police Media Official stated that the Link Road accident had been reported to them and that they are looking into the matter.
