Police launches search for two wanted in civil court case
Mohamed Ashraf, 36 and Adam Shifau, 30, are to be kept in police custody until they are to present themselves to court.
Summons to be issued on the two on the 15th of March at 10:40 in the morning.
Both individuals are wanted in the investigation of a case filed at civil court,

Maldives Police Service have begun search for two individuals who are wanted in the investigation of a case filed at civil court.

The two individuals, who are to be kept in police custody until the case is investigated, are Mohamed Ashraf, 36 from Dh. Meedhoo, Beachhouse, and Adam Shifau, 30, Hdh Neykurendhoo, Kuri.

Police have revealed that they are searching to bring Ashraf into police custody following a civil court ruling issuing Ashraf’s apprehension with summons to be issued on the 15th of March at 10:40 in the morning.

The reason for Ashraf’s apprehension is stated as under the investigation of a case filed at the civil court.

Police have appealed on the public to come forth with any information on the whereabouts of the two if attained, to the Police Custodial Department, their hotline is 9991442.
