Motorcyclist seriously injured in yet another dangerous accident
Further investigations are underway
Some accidents reported in the capital city. Accidents have been increasing of late, with no one to take responsibility.
Another dangerous accident has occurred in Hulhumalé.
The media official at Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that the accident took place at around 06:50am on Saturday.
The accident occurred when a car collided with a motorcycle in Hulhumalé Phase II.
Police said that the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in this accident and is currently receiving treatment at Hulhumalé Hospital.
Further investigations are currently underway in connection with the accident.
A similar fatal accident resulted in the death of a youth, on Friday.
Accidents have been increasing of later and has become a matter of grave concern among residents of the capital Greater Malé Region.
