Pres. appoints Head Imam of the Islamic Centre

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed the new Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre.

Appointed as the new Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre, Sheikh Mohamed Latheef.

The appointment was made on Tuesday, during a special ceremony held at the President's Office.

Sheikh Mohamed Latheef was appointed as the Head Imaam of the Islamic Centre at the ministerial level.

Sheikh Mohamed Latheef has also previously served as imam at the Islamic Centre.
