National Billiard Championship: First Division Men's Singles final scheduled for Sunday
Final matches of all three divisions will take place on Sunday evening

The final match of the First Division Men’s Singles of the National Billiard Championship 2022, is to take place on Sunday evening.
The Maldives Pool Billiard Association revealed that the final match will be held at 08:30pm on Sunday.
Hassan Shaaz and Mohamed Sahil will be competing in the First Division Men’s Singles final match.
Shaaz secured a spot in the final after beating Mohamed Aksam in the semifinal.
As such, Shaaz beat Aksam 9 – 5 in the semifinals.
Sahil won a spot in the finals after beating Aksam 9 – 3 in the loser’s bracket.
Ismail Shiyam and Hassan Rajesh Moosa will be competing in the finals of the Second Division Men’s Singles. Shiyam secured a spot in the finals after beating Ismail Affan Yoosuf 7 – 4, with Rajesh securing the second spot after winning against Haamid Faisal, with a score of 7 – 6.
The association has also confirmed the finalists in the First Division Female Singles; Aishath Ali and Aminath Haleem.
Aishath secured a spot in the finals after winning against Aminath Azra, 5 – 3.
Aminath secure her spot in the finals after beating Dheema Hameed 5 – 3.
Final matches of all three divisions will take place on Sunday evening.
This year’s National Billiard Championship 2022 is sponsored by Litus. This is the second time Litus has signed on as the competition’s title sponsor.
