7th marine expo has commenced with 60 participants.

In the event held on the evening of Thursday the expo was launched by Dr. Abdullah Mausoom, Minister of tourism. The expo being held by the National Boating association of Maldives is going to go on for three days. Speaking on the expo NBAMs president Ismail Hameed said the biggest setback for such an expo is the lack of a proper venue. As the current expo has experienced some issues due to weather conditions, he stated additionally.

This is a very serious business event. The event is held as a market place for the marine industry. Engines and boat builders are part of it. And the marine component introduced last year is going well

This expo is being held for the first time after a year long hiatus. However same as last year the expo has been started with great success.

This expo is the biggest longest running and biggest in the industry in Maldives. The expo has the most well-known boat builders, engine brands, international marine brands and watersports and dive brands. The expo is launching new products, and sharing information about the new and existing products through panel discussions and a lot more. There are 60 parties involved in the expo.
